Please read before watching. By creating an account or viewing any F@nTV programme, you agree to the terms summarised on this page. Where a programme, channel, or event uses additional rules, those rules apply alongside these terms.

1. Using the platform

F@nTV is an internet television station offering basic free viewing of its programmes, including variety and documentary shows, drama and movie titles, and news programming.

  • Use the service for your own personal viewing only.
  • Do not interfere with streaming, copy or redistribute programmes without permission, or misuse the viewer tools.
  • Respect performers, organisers, and other fans in every comment, message, and submission.

F@nTV operates as a free internet television station where viewers can access original programming without subscription fees. The platform focuses on delivering variety shows, documentary content, and other entertainment formats that might not find a home on traditional broadcast networks. By removing the paywall typically associated with streaming services, F@nTV aims to make diverse content accessible to a wider audience while giving creators a space to share their work. The service also supports live and event programming, helping artists and performers reach fans when in-person gatherings are not possible. This approach reflects a commitment to democratizing media consumption and supporting creative expression across different genres.

2. Content submission and interaction

F@nTV connects celebrities and performers with their fans, and much of our programming comes from that community. If you send us material — a clip, a message, a fan contribution, or an event idea:

  • Submit only content you have the right to share.
  • Keep submissions accurate and free of abusive, unlawful, or misleading material.
  • Expect that accepted content may be broadcast, re-broadcast, or featured across our channels.

3. Accounts and membership

Basic viewing is free for all programmes. Membership plans and the Live Event Channel may carry their own participation conditions.

  • Keep your login details private and secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Give accurate registration information and update it when it changes.
  • You may withdraw from the service under the withdrawal terms listed below.

4. Programme schedule and availability

Broadcast times are set by the station and may change. Weekly titles such as NEWS F@n Station air on Fridays, and daily titles such as Women's Reading Press run Monday to Friday; line-ups, hosts, and episode order can be revised without prior notice.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as published. F@nTV is not liable for losses arising from interrupted viewing, programme changes, or content posted by third parties, to the extent permitted by law. Views expressed in individual programmes belong to their contributors, not to the station as a whole.

6. Withdrawal and related policies

Details of how to end your use of the service, together with how your personal information is handled, are set out in the Privacy Policy. Questions about these terms can be sent to the address in the footer.
